School Business Administrator required for an immediate start. Location: West Midlands. Full Time / Part Time Available. Temporary Contract (6-12 Months Potential).

We are currently recruiting for an experienced School Business Administrator to support a busy education setting with the implementation of a new HR Information System. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with school-based experience who is confident managing data, systems and HR-related processes in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR administration, data management and system implementation, helping ensure a smooth transition across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the implementation of a new HR Information System
  • Managing and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Assisting with HR administration and onboarding processes
  • Supporting payroll-related administration and staff records
  • Setting up working patterns, permissions and system data
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes
  • Providing general business and administrative support
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience within a school or education environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident working with HR systems and large volumes of data
  • Experience supporting payroll or HR administration desirable
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Experience with EPM systems would be advantageous but not essential

Additional Information: Immediate / ASAP start available. Full time preferred, part time considered. Working hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm. Temporary contract with potential for extension. Supportive and professional working environment.
