We’re supporting a lovely Primary school in Hainult who are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join their office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy school environment, supporting staff, students and parents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Role: School Administrator
Location: Hainult, Redbridge
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £14–£15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks within the school office
- Handling attendance, admissions, and pupil data
- Communicating with parents, staff and external agencies
- Supporting with general office duties such as filing, emails and phone calls
- Using school systems to update and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Experience using school management systems such as Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS is essential
- Previous experience working in a school office or similar educational setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
