The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.
We are looking for candidates with direct Teaching Assistant experience or anyone with relatable experience such as youth work, support worker, coaches, psychology graduates, nursery support, after school club assistants etc.
You will:
- Support pupils with a mixture of abilities (including some with additional needs)
- Work with the teacher to best support learning activities
- Promote positive behaviour
- Be flexible and proactive
- Be a confident communicator and able to guide young people
- Be punctual and reliable
We work with schools across Warwick, Leamington Spa & surrounding areas, so you will need to be close to transport links or ideally be a driver. We have long-term and short-term work - part or full-time. Trials are taking place ASAP - send across your CV with all relatable experience and ensure employment and study dates are included.
Important: You will need an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or be willing to obtain one with us) as well as proof of your right to work in the UK. We will need two references prior to you starting safeguarding training - we have a free training link to be completed for anyone that does not have a certificate within the last year.
