We Are Looking For:
- Deputy or Assistant Headteachers/ SENCOs
- Proven leadership experience within SEND, specialist or mainstream education
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, safeguarding and school improvement
- Passion for driving outstanding outcomes for pupils with additional needs
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, external agencies and school staff
