Ideally, you will have classroom-based experience; however, our schools also want to hear from candidates with relatable experience/backgrounds such as youth workers, support workers, nursery assistants, psychology graduates, mental health advocates, healthcare professionals, sports coaches, etc.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the teacher with classroom-based activities
  • Adhering to safeguarding policies

  • Being able to adapt your communication style to cater to different learning abilities
