The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs.
  • Support students with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and PMLD.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents and school leaders.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets.
  • We Are Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Unqualified Teachers
  • Cover Supervisors with extensive SEN experience
  • HLTAs with extensive SEN experience
  • Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.
  • A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential.
