The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Support students with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and PMLD.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents and school leaders.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets.
- We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Unqualified Teachers
- Cover Supervisors with extensive SEN experience
- HLTAs with extensive SEN experience
- Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential.
