SEN Teaching Assistants & Learning Mentors Wanted - South East London
Are you from a sports coaching, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, psychology, criminology, health & social care, or education background and looking to make a real difference in young people's lives? Lotus Recruitment is working with a number of specialist SEN schools across London that are seeking confident, proactive, and resilient individuals to support pupils with additional needs both inside and outside the classroom. What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
- Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult
- Helping students regulate emotions and engage in learning
- Delivering one-to-one and small-group support
- Encouraging participation, confidence, and personal development
- Using creativity and initiative to support individual learning needs
