We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenwich that is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their friendly office team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires someone who is organised, adaptable and happy to wear many hats. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and is passionate about supporting pupils, staff and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional front-of-house service for visitors, parents and pupils.
- Managing reception duties, including answering calls and responding to enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and carrying out data entry.
- Supporting attendance, including monitoring daily registers, contacting parents regarding absences and producing attendance reports.
- Experience using Arbor/SIMS or Bromcom to manage pupil information and school administration.
- Assisting with admissions, communications and general administrative tasks.
- Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day school operations.
- Providing flexible administrative support wherever required.

- Previous experience working within a school office is essential.
- Confident using Arbor/SIMS or Bromcom.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with parents, pupils and staff.
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible, proactive and happy to support across a variety of administrative duties.

Essential Requirements
- Previous school administration experience.
- Working knowledge of Arbor or SIMS.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to work in the UK.
