The Role: * Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, including emotional regulation and behavioural challenges. * Providing one-to-one and small-group support in the classroom. * Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils. * Supporting learning, engagement and personal development. * Using positive behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques. * Working closely with teachers and the wider team to provide consistent, tailored support.
