About the Role
You will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils across a range of ages, helping them to engage with learning, develop independence and build confidence in a calm, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in class, small groups and 1:1
- Assist with personalised learning programmes aligned to individual needs
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Help pupils develop communication, social and life skills
- Act as a consistent, caring and reliable presence throughout the school day
Who We’re Looking For
- Existing experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker or SEN Support
- Confidence to support pupils across a range of ages
- Experience or strong interest in autism and additional needs
- Commitment to a full‑time role and seeking long‑term stability
- Reliability, patience, resilience and passion for inclusive education
