Teaching Assistant – Permanent Positions (ASAP & September Starts)

Location: Cambridge (CB3 – applicants must be able to commute)

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in class, small groups and 1:1

Who We’re Looking For

  • Existing experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker or SEN Support
  • Confidence to support pupils across a range of ages
  • Experience or strong interest in autism and additional needs
  • Commitment to a full‑time role and seeking long‑term stability
  • Reliability, patience, resilience and passion for inclusive education
