What You'll Be Doing:
- As a Care Assistant, you'll support our service users in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Medication support and health monitoring
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Supporting appointments and outings
- Light household tasks (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
- Working on a specialist care package (training provided)
