Introduction Lotus Home Care are looking to extend its team by recruiting Adult Support Workers to support clients in their own homes. It is a full‑time job with training included, giving you the chance to gain a recognised qualification while building a career in health and social care assisting in the day‑to‑day care of clients in their own homes.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care tailored to individual needs
- Take an active role in creating and reviewing care plans
- Support the new staff shadowing you
- Undergo training on our rota systems
- Administer or assist with medication (where trained and authorised)
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Record, monitor, and report on health and well‑being
- Support individuals with complex needs such as dementia, learning disabilities, or physical impairments
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, acting promptly to protect vulnerable individuals
- Travel between clients’ homes (mileage reimbursed)
- Attend training, workshops, and complete off‑job learning for your apprenticeship
- As a Level 3 apprentice, take on greater responsibility in providing and coordinating care, working towards the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care and preparing for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor
