Trainee Heat Pump Installer (full training given)
Lotus Energy designs and installs air source heat pumps in homes across Surrey. We are a small team based near Guildford, and we do things properly: careful design, neat installs, and systems that run efficiently. We are looking for a third person to train from the ground up.
No experience needed. We would rather teach you our way from the start.
What you will do:
- Work alongside the team on heat pump installations
- Pipework, fitting radiators and cylinders, flushing and filling systems
- Moving and fitting kit, keeping sites clean, looking after customers' homes
- Learn the design and commissioning side as you progress
What you will get:
- £28,000 a year to start, rising to £30,000 after a successful three month probation
- A clear pay ladder: your pay goes up as you learn and are signed off on new skills, up to £40,000 and above as a lead installer
- Training and courses paid for as you progress, including a recognised Level 3 heat pump qualification
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and a workplace pension
- PPE provided. We would encourage you to build up your own hand tools, and we will provide anything you do not have
