The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical development and generation of commercially and technically compliant proposals for the Lotus Engineering Team.
This involves supporting the Project/Programme Managers and wider LET team to manage and drive the key commercial metrics for assigned enquiries, bids and tenders maintaining client communication, deadline requirements, project timings & working within the identified cost and quality deliverables.
What You’ll Do:

Developing and submitting technically compliant proposals, within client deadlines, to the maximum achievable quality and budget compliance.

Managing client relationships, ensuring that the commercial interests of Lotus Cars are best represented.

Collaboration internally with the Lotus Engineering team, wider Engineering functions and externally with the group company and strategic partners, to develop proposals.

Pipeline management, ensuring that all tenders bids and proposals are submitted and remain in compliance throughout the tender/bid process.

Capturing and maintaining commercial feedback for all tenders, with the responsibility to review and cascade relevant information to stakeholders with Lotus Cars., * This role will be working from our Hethel plant, within our flexible working policy.
