Lotus Cars is seeking a Critical Process Supervisor to join the Facilities team at Hethel. You will lead the Critical Process and Paint Shop activities, ensuring safe, efficient and quality-driven operations alongside cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and SHE.
You will supervise daily activities, manage contractors, and coordinate around production needs, with training days on days before moving to predominantly night shifts.
