Lotus Cars Norwich seeks a Process Supporter to help maintain daily operational stability and performance within the Manufacturing Department. You will coach a team of operators to complete daily tasks safely, accurately, and on time across fabrication, machining, composites, welding, and assembly, focusing on coaching, training, and optimising daily execution.
You will lead on-the-job training, promote cross-training, and uphold 5S/SHE standards while engaging stakeholders to meet targets.
