As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional finish and quality our customers expect. You'll be responsible for inspecting and preparing vehicle body panels before applying paint finishes in line with documented processes and quality standards, working within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare vehicle body panels prior to paint application.
- Apply primer, base coat and clear coat finishes to required quality standards.
- Operate painting equipment safely and effectively within a production environment.
- Meet daily production and quality targets set by the Area Supervisor.
- Follow all documented processes, procedures and quality standards.
- Complete tasks within allocated cycle times.
- Maintain a structured and organised approach to work.
- Support flexible working arrangements to meet business requirements.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within automotive, manufacturing or a similar production environment.
