Lotus is recruiting for an experienced HR professional to support our prestigious manufacturing site in Hethel. This permanent position offers hybrid working with flexibility to support outside core hours; travel to additional sites may be required. Reporting to the Head of HR – Operations and Supply, you will provide first line advice and support to the business and its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all employee relations, including supporting investigations, hearing cases, and guiding managers.
- Analyse HR data and elevate key trends or themes to the HR Business Partners.
- Update HR policies in line with employment-law changes.
- Update templates, forms and processes as required by business needs and policy changes.
- Support functional projects and initiatives when required.
- Ensure bi-annual and annual reviews, and performance enhancement plans, are completed across the business.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience working at an Advisor level.
- Self-driven and self-starter.
- Innovative, creative, “can do” attitude.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work.
- Pro-active approach.
- Excellent communicator who builds strong working relationships.
Desirable: Holds Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification.
