Lotus Cars is seeking an IT PLM Lead Engineer to shape the PLM strategy and lifecycle across Engineering and Manufacturing.
You will lead technical direction, ensure reliable PLM service delivery, and collaborate with CAx, IT, and external partners to drive continuous improvement.
You will own governance of IT products, manage SLAs, and support transition of new PLM solutions into production while facilitating frequent, automated releases in a hybrid Hethel-based role.
