Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to join our team and lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for Commercial UK. In this key role, you will help shape the future of our UK operations, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and execute the short to mid-term sales strategy (1-3 years) in alignment with the Commercial UK Director, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales action plans to meet and exceed UK sales targets, driving local order books, customer retention, and overall experience.

  • Lead and inspire the sales department to deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, continually improving sales performance.

  • Analyse market trends, sales data, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions and optimize results.

  • Foster strong relationships with key external partners and customers, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the UK business.

  • Collaborate with the Commercial UK and European management teams, building trust and strategic partnerships while managing conflicts constructively.

  • Provide insights on market competition to help drive decisions and stay ahead of the curve.

What you’ll bring:

  • Exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision.

  • Significant working experience in a sales leadership role within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

  • Exceptional commercial acumen, analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour.

  • Proven and successful ability to lead multiple sales teams towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation.

  • Exceptional communication skills that enable effective communication and interactions with consumers and external partners.

  • High proficiency in MS Office tools i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Strong interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed (desirable)., This role will be working from our London Global Commercial HQ. This role will be Hybrid working, however there will be an expectancy to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office – EC1V

  • Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in London without VISA sponsorship.
