About the Role

Key focus areas of the role include:

  • Full management of Holland & Barrett, Boots, and other high street customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Budget planning, P&L, range review proposals, joint business plans, supporting with new line listings, delivering the promotional plan.
  • Working with supply chain to ensure all ranged stores have stock, highlighting and addressing gaps.
  • Ensuring all products are correctly positioned and tagged online, forecasting, and ongoing promotional review.
  • Attending external customer meetings and building a network of key contacts within the account base.
  • Regular store visits to ensure activity is happening and to review the competitor set.
  • Working with the category team to develop and optimise existing ranges and engaging sell-in stories for new products.
  • Collaborating with the Shopper Marketing team to agree media spend and strategy in line with marketing plans.
  • Supporting the retail team in delivering the annual plans.
  • Working across all business functions, including operations, finance, marketing, customer service, and NPD to deliver key grocery targets.

About You

You will likely be an existing Key Account Manager or a highly ambitious Account Executive with experience of working on key accounts. Here are the most important things we’re looking for:

  • Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship).
  • Minimum education to Bachelor’s Degree level.
  • 2+ years experience dealing with FMCG buyers.
  • Results orientated and able to deliver account/channel targets.
  • Numerate, understanding of P&L’s and margins with good attention to detail.
  • Strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for health and well-being.
