About the role:
- Be the main point of contact between the global team and UK sales team, ensuring UK market requirements are prioritised during development.
- Develop an annual plan in collaboration with sales that addresses key issues and builds KPIs for growth.
- Keep consumer insight at the heart of brand strategy while applying a commercial lens.
- Analyse portfolio performance and keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition.
- Execute EPD and NPD with excellence, driving visibility and talkability to ultimately drive penetration and conversion.
- Collaborate with the global team on the execution of our digital first strategy and instore activation.
- Manage our digital and social brand presence, delivering relevancy and meaningfulness to consumers.
- Define and build a ‘community’ executed with excellence locally through events, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Manage the marketing budget and its reporting to ensure efficient spending.
