Peters Yard is a growing sourdough bakery business that combines Swedish tradition with British craft and natural, quality ingredients to create hand-baked sourdough crackers. Founded in 2008 and acquired in 2022 by Lotus Bakeries, it is now listed in major retailers and has ambitious growth plans to expand across Grocery outlets, food service, and speciality stores.

Peters Yard is looking for an Out-of-Home National Account Manager to join their high-performing team and help drive their next stage of growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Devising and delivering exceptional business plans with key Foodservice and Specialist customers.
  • Winning new business through Wholesalers and End-users.
  • Managing P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts.
  • Building cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Working with the Category Manager to deliver insights that drive business benefit.
  • Delivering visibility and penetration through various channels.

Reporting into the Head of Sales, Peters Yard.

About You:

  • You will likely be an existing National Account Manager with experience in the Foodservice & Specialist arena.
  • Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship).
  • Minimum Education to Bachelor's Degree level.
  • Strong experience in the channel to support growth.
  • Results-driven with examples of strong business results.
  • Resilient and tenacious, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Analytical with the ability to provide relevant insights.
  • Great relationship builder with a collaborative attitude.

A couple of things that are not essential but would be nice to have:

  • A bit of a Foodie.
  • Online and Digital sales experience.
