Key focus areas of the role include:

  • Full management of a number of customers in our Convenience channel, including Booker, Spar, and Forecourts.
  • Budget planning, P&L, range review proposals, joint business plans, supporting with new line listings, delivering the promotional plan.
  • Working with supply chain to ensure all ranged stores have stock, highlighting and addressing gaps.
  • Ensuring all products are correctly positioned and tagged online, forecasting, use of retailer systems, and ongoing promotional review.
  • Attending external customer meetings and building a network of key contacts within the account base.
  • Getting out to store regularly to ensure activity is happening and to review the competitor set.
  • Working with the category team to develop and optimise existing ranges and engaging sell-in stories for new products.
  • Collaborating closely with the Shopper Marketing team to agree media spend and strategy.
  • Supporting the Impulse team in delivering the annual plans.
  • Working across all business functions, operations, finance, marketing, customer service, and NPD to deliver key grocery targets.

Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is likely an existing National Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
  • Has the right to work within the UK (without sponsorship).
  • Holds a minimum education to Bachelor’s Degree level.
  • Has 2+ years of Account Management experience dealing with FMCG buyers.
  • Is results-oriented and able to deliver account/channel targets.
  • Is numerate, understanding P&L’s and margins with good attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams.
  • Has excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Has a passion for health and well-being.
  • Is a strong team player.

Please note this role is a full-time position at our offices in St Albans, with four days a week spent on-site.
