Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, manages a portfolio of five remarkable brands – BEAR, TREK, nakd, Kiddylicious and Peter’s Yard – each with a distinct proposition and role within our business. We aim for sustainable long‑term growth and believe that taste and quality are the cornerstones of our brand leadership.
Devise and deliver exceptional business plans with key customers, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods. Manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume and GP% metrics. Build unrivalled cross‑functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category & format teams. Work with the Category Manager to deliver insights that drive significant business benefit. Deliver top‑class visibility and penetration through bringing BEAR alive in stores (POS, secondary displays, samplings) and online. Utilise customer systems to maximise our sales including influencing availability, compliance, promotion management. Collaborate with the BEAR field sales team to ensure delivery of strong local activation.

- Likely an existing National Account Manager with experience of working on Grocery accounts, or a National Account Executive seeking the next step up.

- Analytical – you are all over the data and can bring new and relevant insights on your accounts.
