Key focus areas of the role itself and where you will spend the majority of your time:

  • Be the main point of contact between the global team and UK sales team, ensuring UK market requirements are front and centre in development and challenging global teams where appropriate.
  • Develop an annual plan in collaboration with sales that addresses key issues and builds KPIs for growth.
  • Keep consumer insight at the heart of brand strategy whilst applying a commercial lens.
  • Continuously analyse portfolio performance and keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition, ensuring the optimum range on the shelf in channel, including formats and sub‑ranges.
  • Execute EPD and NPD with excellence, from sell‑ins to activation on social and with influencers, driving both visibility and conversion.
  • Work with the global team on the optimum execution of our digital‑first strategy (paid media) and in‑store activation, evaluating results and recommending enhancements.
  • Manage digital and social brand presence, delivering relevance and meaningfulness to consumers.
  • Define and build a local community through events, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Manage the marketing budget and reporting to ensure efficient spend.
