Key Responsibilities- Full account management responsibility, managing our lead grocery customers Tesco and Asda, with at least one direct report.
- Devise and deliver comprehensive business plans with Tesco and Asda, owning all P&L metrics and driving sales and profitability with a focus on key trading periods.
- Primary point of contact for accounts, handling day‑to‑day account management and promptly addressing issues, strengthening stakeholder relationships.
- Drive availability of hero SKUs across all store formats, continuously identifying growth opportunities and leveraging data and insights.
- Launch key NPD with strong distribution and activation plans, targeting top‑class UROS from launch through promotional activity, secondary display, POS, and online/in‑store media.
- Report regularly on account performance, sales achievements, and market insights to senior management.
- Provide ad hoc coaching and support for junior commercial team members.
- Collaborate with small cross‑functional teams in operations, finance, marketing and customer service.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering annual plans and long‑term NBF business strategy.

- Bachelor’s degree level education or higher.
- Established national account management experience within FMCG.
