Digital Marketing Executive Natural Foods

Location: United Kingdom, St Albans

Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, manages a portfolio of 5 brands: BEAR, TREK, nakd., Kiddylicious, and Peter’s Yard. Each brand has its own unique proposition within our business. We aim for sustainable, long-term growth driven by taste and quality, which distinguish us as category leaders. Our brands originated in the UK and have expanded globally, with ongoing growth ambitions. We are seeking talented individuals who share our ambition and want to contribute to our next chapter of growth.

This role focuses on our Natural Foods brands, managing digital channels and supporting marketing and sales teams. It offers a great opportunity to engage with the brands, serve as our voice on social media, and bring our digital plans to life.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of digital marketing experience and is passionate about the field. You will collaborate with brand teams to communicate annual brand and innovation plans across digital channels (social, website, app), manage influencer programs, and participate in events such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, summer holidays, BEAR’s birthday, and partnerships like Go Ape. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Planning and executing social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms aligned with brand plans.
  2. Implementing digital campaigns and new product launches, including seasonal events and special promotions.
  3. Maintaining and optimizing the company website.
  4. Managing the Brandbank account.
  5. Supporting Amazon and sales teams with content creation (images, creative materials) for online storefronts.
  6. Leading the BEAR influencer program to achieve authentic reach.
  7. Managing the BEAR CRM program to enhance audience insights and brand loyalty.
  8. Engaging with the community on social channels by responding to comments and direct messages.
  9. Overseeing app updates and development in collaboration with the agency.
  10. Providing support to the sales team as needed.
  11. Reviewing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  12. Managing budgets for all responsibilities.
