The care sector is being transformed by technology, and we are looking for a Software Engineer to build a key part of this transformation. You will drive the implementation of features for FoundOS, our nextâgeneration SaaS platform that revolutionises care home management. You will work across our full stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React, Kubernetes) and experiment extensively with AI.
What does this role involve?
- Build highâimpact features for FoundOS, collaborating closely with crossâfunctional teams.
- Write clean, wellâtested code that ships daily.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to contribute to feature decisions based on care provider needs.

What problems will you be solving?
- Integrate AI to automate tasks, provide transcriptions and predictive analysis for care providers.
- Develop core FoundOS modules for enquiry tracking, residency occupancy, and billing.

- Build dashboards for reporting and analytics that optimise operations and resident outcomes.
