Lothian Valuation Joint Board in Edinburgh is recruiting a Trainee Valuer who is interested in undertaking their journey to APC qualification with us. You will work with a team to survey and value a wide range of commercial and domestic property to maintain the Valuation Roll and Council Tax Valuation List.
You will also contribute to negotiations of appeals with ratepayers and professional agents, and present evidence before Tribunals, while collating and analysing data to support valuation
