I am looking for personal assistants to assist me, a man with Cerebral Palsy, with all aspects of social, domestic and personal tasks.
Requirements
- PA must be reliable, trustworthy and respect employer's confidentiality at all times.
- Good sense of humour with "can do" attitude is required.
- Flexibility is an essential criterion of the job with regard to working pattern and availability for work.
- Experience is not essential as training will be provided.
- PA must be willing to receive on-going training in the job.
- Driving license would be advantageous but not essential.
Note: The post is subject to satisfactory PVG Scheme membership. If you are not a PVG scheme member you will be asked to join before any formal job offer can be made.
Hours and Pay
- Hours: Relief hours are available, covering daytime and sleepovers.
- Pay: The rate of pay is £12.87 per hour (plus £110.88 per sleepover where applicable). Pay rise pending.
