Teenager with autism and ADHD in Tranent looking for support worker to help him attend activities. Looking for a patient, enthusiastic person who can encourage the lad whilst also participating with him in a wide range of pursuits. He enjoys football, rugby, cycling, swimming, gym, bowling, cinema, go-karting and playing drums.

Some knowledge of autism and ADHD would be useful as well as experience of helping people with those conditions. Being a driver willing to use own vehicle at work would be advantageous but not essential. It would be essential to have PVG membership or be willing to join.

Rate of pay is £12.60 per hour.

The post is for seven hours per fortnight consisting of one shift on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday. Shifts to be arranged but some flexibility required.
