About the Role

You'll be supporting Steven, a former chartered accountant with a rich life experience, who was diagnosed with secondary progressive MS. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life while working in a pleasant environment.

Hours and Rate of Pay

  • Hours: Up to 36 hours per week (flexible schedules available and this job is opened to students to a maximum of 15 hours per week)
  • Rate of pay: £12.87 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, cleaning, shopping, and cooking
  • Help with wheelchair mobility and exercise routines
  • Provide companionship and engage in stimulating conversations
  • Light administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in caregiving is not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn above all (full training provided).
  • A calm and practical approach to caregiving as well as punctuality and reliability are essential.
