Location: Leicester / London (3–4 days/week, with some travel to Chester and Manchester)

JOB PURPOSE

Lote Global Investments is a Shariah-compliant single-family international investment office focused on private equity and real estate. We are entering a new chapter of growth across our portfolio, with a focus on driving value creation in our investee companies and building a high-performance internal capability. The Chief of Staff role is a high-impact, strategic position designed to support the CEO directly across key initiatives, acting as a right-hand partner. The individual will drive strategic execution, coordinate cross-functional projects, and serve as a thought partner on business transformation, corporate development, and operational excellence. The role will also interface with key stakeholders across Lote and its portfolio companies, including board members, investors (especially in the GCC), and functional leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CEO’s primary thought partner on strategic, operational, and organisational matters
  • Structure and lead cross-functional projects aligned to corporate development, transformation, and investment performance
  • Work with Exec teams and portfolio leadership to develop and track strategic business plans, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps
  • Own and coordinate business planning processes across Lote and subsidiaries (budgeting, forecasting, FP&A consolidation)
  • Lead the design and delivery of board materials, investor presentations, and management dashboards
  • Provide strategic and financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and track portfolio performance
  • Support strategic initiatives such as organisational redesign, new market entry, or performance improvement
  • Oversee the NextGen talent pool, acting as a mentor and supporting workload management and capability development
  • Act as a central coordination point for high-priority projects (acting as PMO where needed) and change initiatives
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning

Key Skills

  • Experience working in or with investment offices, private equity, or consulting

Experience

  • 3–4 years' experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or within a family office/private equity setting
  • Demonstrable experience managing strategic or operational projects
  • Familiarity with Shariah-compliant investment principles (desirable)
  • Prior experience preparing board-level materials and managing senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
