Lostock Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Clerical Assistant. The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge and experience of information technology such as Microsoft Office; a good working knowledge of Bromcom is desirable.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure in a very busy main office with frequent interruptions.
- Have excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
- Have experience in a wide range of administration and financial procedures.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, by forward planning and prioritising own workload to meet strict deadlines.
- Have experience of handling sensitive and confidential material.
- Have a professional and approachable character, being the first point of contact for all the school’s stakeholders.
Contract: Permanent
Required for: 1st September 2026
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, term-time only (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break).
