About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
- Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
- Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
- Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.
About You
We are looking for individuals who:
