We are looking to appoint an inspirational, dynamic and enthusiastic Second in English to support the Head of Department in raising standards of pupil attainment and achievement within the English curriculum area in line with national school policies/priorities. This includes engaging with whole faculty initiatives regarding the quality of learning, teaching and assessment; monitoring pupil progress; and coordinating effective intervention to improve outcomes for pupils for whom you are accountable.
