Lost Shore Surf Resort is the largest inland wave pool in Europe, located next to Europe's largest indoor climbing arena. We offer three open kitchens, a bar/café, an in‑house market, a private event space and a public event programme.

Food and Beverage Team members are essential parts of the F&B Front of House and Events team. Working closely with the F&B Manager, Assistant Manager and Team Leader, you will provide a world‑class visitor experience while ensuring safety, hygiene and legal compliance.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the management team to exceed visitor expectations, meet satisfaction targets, and act on feedback to maintain high standards.
  • Work as part of a team to create a positive work environment, adapt to feedback, stay informed, and address issues promptly.
  • Adhere to LSSR's Health and Safety policy, maintain personal training records, comply with Risk Assessments, and operate within licence and permit parameters.

Additional Information:

Flexible schedule is required. The resort operates seven days a week, so early morning, late evening and weekend work will be necessary. Pay range £12.71 per hour (United Kingdom).
