About Us: Lost Shore F&B department comprises of three open kitchens, an in-house bar/café, an adjoining private event space and accompanying public event programme. The Role: Food & Beverage Team Leader. The Food and Beverage Team Leader helps lead, motivate and ignite the passion and drive within our Food and Beverage Team Members, cultivating a vibrant work culture, running shifts, delegating responsibilities, and offering guidance and training whenever needed.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering the day to day Food and Beverage (F&B) Operation and Events Programme at the Lost Shore Surf Resort (LSSR), Edinburgh.
- Working as a Team Leader of the F&B Front of House (FOH), Events and Kitchen Porter (KP) Teams.
- Accountable for delivering a fantastic visitor experience in F&B and Events and ensuring that everything is safe, hygienic and legally compliant.
- Reporting to the F&B Manager, Floor Manager and Assistant Manager, the role is a supervisory role.
Visitor Experience: Collaborating with the F&B Management team to exceed visitor expectations, ensuring top-notch delivery of our F&B Operation and Events Programme, all while fostering a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Spearheading efforts with the F&B Management team empowering our team to exceed guest expectations and become integral drivers of our business success, while fostering a culture where every team member can make a meaningful impact.
Ways of Working: Cultivating a safety-first culture within our F&B and Events teams, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety protocols, licenses, and permits, while leading the charge in handling incidents with poise and precision, making LSSR the ultimate workplace destination for safety-conscious professionals.

Additional Information: As a Food and Beverage Team Leader you’ll need to be flexible with your schedule.
