About the hotel
Curio Collection by Hilton is a global set of remarkable upper upscale hotels handpicked for their unique character and personality; each one a part of the fabric of the city it calls home. Lost Property is the seventh Curio Collection hotel opened in London. Located on Ludgate Hill, just on the corner of St Paul’s cathedral, one of the most iconic London landmarks, Lost Property hotel has 145 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar called Found, a coffee house called Tattle, and a gym.

About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and dynamic Revenue Manager to oversee revenue management for our renowned hotel located in the heart of the City. This role involves spearheading revenue optimization and strategic pricing efforts to enhance the excellent performance of this distinct property. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative revenue strategies tailored to the unique market and opportunities presented by the location.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategy in coordination with the General Managers and sales teams.
- Maintain and use all systems efficiently to drive performance.
- Manage weekly and monthly forecasting of occupancy, rate, and revenue for the hotel.
- Set pricing and stay controls, optimizing revenue for the relevant segments.
- Oversee the distribution strategy and manage channel profitability.
- Prepare revenue reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct competitive analysis and anticipate market shifts.
- Train and mentor hotel staff on revenue optimization concepts and the use of revenue management tools.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and strategic partnerships.
- Support hotel commercial meetings with new business ideas and effective performance reviews.
- Identify, quantify, and strategize peak demand periods to support the right strategies over key days of the week, and special events.
- Identify, quantify, and strategize on off-peak demand periods to support the right strategies to maximise revenue delivery.
Key Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends
- Practical experience in commercial revenue management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent command of the English language
- Expertise in planning, organizing, communication, and influencing
- Commercial mindset with a proactive sales approach
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economics is desired
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Hotel Revenue Management is essential
- Experience in hotel, area, or corporate roles related to distribution or revenue management
- Proven expertise in using Hilton’s revenue management systems including OnQ, R&I and GRO is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Proven ability to impact and influence hotel commercial decisions
