We are looking for a General Manager for The Lost & Found Bristol. Salary up to £50k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub & bar chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Lost & Found Bristol and lead the team to success!

About the pub:

The Lost & Found Bristol is nestled on the Clifton Triangle. Enjoy stepping into another world and immerse yourself in the mysteries of the unknown, embracing the curiosities of astronomy. The Lost & Found Bristol takes you on an exceptional journey to discover the ethereal wonders of the cosmos. Enjoy the bar’s celestial spirit in a timeless setting, with a magnificent selection of enchanting cocktails and sublime seasonal dishes to ensure a heavenly visit.

The bar has a secret room with its own private bar (holding up to 40), a restaurant area which seats 80 covers, a large bar area that seats another 80 covers, and plenty of room for standing and event space. We are looking for somebody with bars & restaurant experience who can also grow ties with the local businesses and communities. The pub is currently taking approximately £20,000 per week and can increase to over £100,000 per week over the Christmas period. Please note – there is no live-in accommodation at this site.
