Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Knutsford.
You’ll step up when the General Manager isn’t around, leading from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back for more.
You’ll support the GM with financial KPI delivery, motivate your team on every shift, and ensure smooth operations when deputising.
Prior Deputy Manager experience in a branded environment is preferred.
