Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and operates more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We need a General Manager to take charge at Lost Coins, Haverfordwest and lead the team to success.
Location
Lost Coins is a popular signature food pub located on the main A40/Fishguard road near Withybush hospital, with a capacity for up to 2,000 covers. The pub averages £35k in weekly sales with a 70/30 dry‑to‑wet sales mix and a stable front and back of house team.
Accommodation
Management accommodation in the form of a three‑bedroom suite above the pub is available.
Responsibilities
- Find, grow and engage a high‑performing team.
- Run all aspects of the pub, ensuring operational excellence.
- Prioritise staff wellbeing and customer satisfaction.
