L'oscar London is a luxury boutique hotel located in a restored historic building, originally the headquarters of the Baptist Church. Designed by renowned French architect Jacques Garcia, the hotel boasts 39 elegantly styled bedrooms, including 18 lavish suites. Guests can indulge in the opulent L'oscar Restaurant, the iconic Baptist Bar, and other distinctive spaces perfect for intimate gatherings or larger events. Combining French elegance with British historical charm, the hotel creates a theatrical and luxurious setting in the heart of London.

Role Description

Support the Sales and Events team by handling enquiries, preparing event materials, and coordinating daily event operations. Liaise with clients and guests to ensure event requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly. Manage the planning and delivery of events, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, drive sales opportunities, and work closely with hotel departments to provide exceptional guest experiences while supporting revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning, event coordination, and hospitality sales
  • Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management, time management, and multitasking
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
