This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London for a Head Housekeeper. The Head Housekeeper will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards in cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping team, coordinating with other departments, supervising cleaning and laundry services, maintaining inventory, and training staff to deliver exceptional service.
