Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Duty Manager based at L’oscar London in Greater London. The role involves supporting the Director of Front of House in overseeing Front Office operations, including Reception, Concierge, and Reservations, ensuring excellence across all key service areas.
The Duty Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Key duties include:
- Supervising team members
- Addressing guest enquiries and resolving concerns
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments while upholding the high standards expected of a luxury hotel brand
- Assisting with team training and development
