Role Description

This full-time on-site role as Head Waiter is based at L'oscar London in Greater London. The Head Waiter will oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests. Responsibilities include managing service flow, training and supporting junior staff, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and upholding quality standards in food and beverage presentation.
