Role Description
Support the Sales and Events team by handling enquiries, preparing event materials, and coordinating daily event operations. Liaise with clients and guests to ensure event requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly. Manage the planning and delivery of events, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, drive sales opportunities, and work closely with hotel departments to provide exceptional guest experiences while supporting revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning, event coordination, and hospitality sales
