Los Mochis City is seeking an exceptional Reception Manager to lead the reception operation at our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the ninth floor and spanning 14,000 sq ft with a stunning 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace overlooking the City skyline, Los Mochis City has quickly established itself as one of London's most exciting dining destinations.
As Reception Manager, you will lead the reception team, oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure, and play a pivotal role in maximising covers, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless communication between reception, reservations, and restaurant operations.
