Los Mochis City is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Commis Chef to join our world-class kitchen team. Located on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street, our flagship venue offers a stunning 14,000 sq ft dining space with a 3,000 sq ft terrace, delivering an unforgettable experience that fuses the bold flavours of Mexico with the precision and elegance of Japan. The Role
As a Commis Chef, you will work under the guidance of senior chefs to prepare high-quality ingredients, maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, and support the smooth operation of service. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn, grow, and build a successful career in an ambitious and dynamic restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation, following all food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Work closely with senior chefs to learn techniques, develop skills, and improve performance.
- Assist in mise en place preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
